Toronto Therapy Practice Perinatal & reproductive

Find the therapist you'll actually keep seeing.

Fit predicts outcome more reliably than method does. So instead of seven biographies to compare at 2am, filter by what you're carrying and see who is trained for it, what they're like, and when they're free.

Or skip the choosing

Send two lines about what's going on. Tatiana reads every message herself and replies within one business day with two suggested therapists and why.

Before you book

The questions people email us before they'll pick a time.

What actually happens on the free call?

Fifteen minutes for individuals, twenty for couples, video or phone, your choice. You describe what's going on in whatever order it comes out. We ask a few questions, explain how we'd approach it, and tell you which therapist we think fits.

If we're not the right place for you, we say so and point you somewhere better. There is no pressure to book and no follow up sequence.

What if I don't click with the therapist I choose?

Tell us after the first session and we'll move you to another therapist on our team at any time. Just let us know. Fit is the single biggest predictor of whether therapy works, so getting it wrong once is normal.

How much does it cost and is it covered?

Individual sessions are $175 to $200 for 50 minutes depending on the therapist, and couples are $210 to $225 for 50 minutes. We direct bill through Sun Life and TELUS eClaims, and provide receipts for all other insurers. Ask us when you book. Receipts are accepted by all major insurers for Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists. A small number of reduced fee spots are available, and asking for one requires no paperwork.

How soon can I start?

Most people have a consultation call within two or three days and a first session inside a week. Availability per therapist is shown on each profile above.

I'm not sure it's bad enough to need therapy.

This is the most common thing people say on the first call. There is no threshold you need to reach. People come here while still functioning well at work, still showing up for everyone else, and quietly finding this one part of life unbearable. That counts.

Can my partner come, or come on their own?

Both. We offer couples sessions, and several therapists work with partners individually. Partners carry a version of this that rarely gets asked about, and it's a legitimate reason to book on its own.

Fit predicts the outcome more than credentials do. So you choose.
